Novidade na Área, 2015 é sem dúvidas nenhuma é o Ano de Star Wars e em todos os sentidos, inclusive com filme 7 em Dezembro deste ano, um dos designers mais criativos da Hot Wheels foi quem teve a missão de criar os modelos para esta coleção que marcará uma tomada de posição no colecionismo mundial, geralmente modelos fantasiosos só atraem a atenção das crianças e pouquíssimos adultos, mas nunca uma coleção neste segmento foi tão assertiva. A relação entre Hot Wheels aliada aos personagens de Star Wars, só podia ter dado este resultado. Sucesso.

O Designer Bryan Benedict da Hot Wheels (Fiquem atentos, logo, logo entrevista aqui no Hot Kengas) que também é responsável pela criação da Coleção Marvel do mesmo segmento, teve muita sensibilidade para criar este modelos com tanta similaridade com os personagens que marcaram as suas trajetórias e em várias épocas diferentes e arrebata fãs pelo mundo inteiro.

A Hot Wheels de uns 3 anos para cá, resolveram apostar todas as fichas nos temáticos, e neste período pudemos acompanhar todo tipo de coleções, quando surgiu a Coleção Star Trek, quase que automaticamente surge um questionamento por que não Star Wars, e este ano eles colocaram o plano em ação, e surgem várias menções a este Cult do cinema mundial...

O Star Wars Pack 5 nesta união entre Disney e Hot Wheels é um case exclusivo das Lojas Target nos EUA, os modelos não foram inspirados em carros reais, mas sim em personagens desta saga, como os dois modelos abaixo: Darth Vader e um Tropper, mas como nada é perfeito, são aquelas miniaturas fantasiosas que acabam sendo direcionadas ao público infantil, mas que os fanáticos por Star Wars não deixaram de buscar para as suas coleções...
